Important Notice

Repairs or damages resulting from tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s responsibility. In such cases, the repair will be completed, and the cost of labor and materials will be billed to you. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing stoppages and accidental damage caused by improper use.

Key Release Policy

If you choose not to authorize a key release to the vendor, you must be available in person to grant access for the repair. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
