Can you hold a property before I apply?

How old must I be to apply for a rental?

Is the security deposit refundable?

When is a cosigner needed?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not meet our income, credit, or rental history criteria. All cosigners must meet our financial qualifications and sign a guarantor agreement. -
How do I apply for a rental?

What are the options for paying rent?

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What are my options?
